Matt Huffman was invited by ENERGY STAR to be a Portfolio Manager Trainer and has led multiple educational events on the subject for USGBC-Illinois and Chicago Center for Green Technology.
In 2014, we benchmarked almost 3 million SF of commercial space. We certified over 2 million SF for submission to the City of Chicago.

We identify potential ECM's and work with the appropriate utility energy efficiency programs for incentives and rebates for our clients.
In the last 12 months, our clients have received over $1,000,000 in incentives and rebates and are enjoying persistent energy savings."
