Provide a brief summary of your experience providing building improvements to enhance energy performance:Common energy conservation measures (ECM) we find in existing buildings are faulty controls, thermostats not properly programmed or used, lack of sufficient insulation, older, inefficiency air handlers, improper ventilation, significant air infiltration, poor indoor air quality, high plug loads, poor air distribution systems (ductwork), lack of temperature reset(s) on heating and cooling equipment.
