|Please describe your experience that qualifies you to conduct benchmarking and data verification services, including specific training on use of Portfolio Manager, ASHRAE Level I, II or III audits (or similar):||ERC helps clients seeking energy efficiency improvements in their buildings by providing ASHRAE Level I, II and III energy assessments. For these assessments, ERC engineers and architects regularly use Portfolio Manager to benchmark the facilities to assist in utility bill analysis.|
|Provide a brief summary of your experience providing building improvements to enhance energy performance:||Working in the areas of energy efficiency, we provide comprehensive energy assessments as well as technical assistance for specific energy efficiency projects to enhance energy performance of buildings. ERC uses on-site consultations, audits, benchmarking and evaluations to find the most energy efficient, cost effective, and practical solutions to reduce energy consumption and cost for our clients. We have completed close to a 100 assessments to help identify energy cost savings for clients.|
