On behalf of the USGBC national committee members, we are all excited to announce that our Emerging Green Builders will now officially be known as Emerging Professionals. Although it may seem like a small change, it is yet another step towards the growth of the program and further integration into the Chapters network.
The Emerging Professionals Committee plans programs especially designed for college students and young building professionals including the annual Natural Talent Design Competition.
Get involved with the Emerging Professionals Committee! Join us at monthly meetings where we plan professional development programs, networking events, volunteer programs, and meet colleagues with similar interests. Contact Joan Martin for information.
Join a Sub-Committee
- Rebuilding Together National Rebuilding Day Planning Committee - Help plan the Rebuilding Together team annual team event to repair and restore houses and nonprofit facilities, revitalizing entire communities and making a lasting impression on the families and individuals who are helped.
- USGBC EP Project Profile Library Development Committee - Help document local EP committee events and projects to share with the EP National Committee
- USGBC EP June Networking Event Planning Committee - Assist in the event planning and preparation for the USGBC June networking event.
- USGBC EP September Networking Event Planning Committee - Assist in the event planning and preparation for the USGBC September networking event.
- USGBC EP Student Group Outreach Committee - Connect with existing USGBC Student Groups in the area
